Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: It is helpful if you know some coding already whether in JS or Python or any language. So, if you join the course just watch my JS tutorial for free on YouTube and that'll have you fully caught up with the course material.
How many weeks is it? How many modules?
It's a digital video course. It's self-paced. You can do it 1 hr/week or go f***** ham and do like 100 hours / week. Totally up to you.
